Price Matters. Naturally, the cost is a significant factor to consider. No one wants to overspend. While opting for the most affordable option might seem logical, there are crucial indicators to keep in mind.

Thorough Analysis. After sending out your Request for Proposal (RFP), carefully examine the responses for the following red flags:

🔴 Red Flag 1: Absence of questions related to your defined scope. Even with a detailed description, certain aspects might be overlooked. Expect inquiries that demonstrate their engagement.

🔴 Red Flag 2: Lack of assumptions. Sometimes, what seems evident to you might not be as clear to your potential partner. Even the most apparent assumptions should be discussed to ensure alignment.

🔴 Red Flag 3: Missing suggestions. Competent partners with relevant experience should offer insights and ideas based on their prior work. Their input can help shape your platform.
